1. Acceptance
By browsing this site or hiring VB3 Desenvolvimento de Sites' services, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
VB3 offers website creation, hosting, maintenance and optimization, as well as digital presence services, through monthly plans or custom-quoted projects. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the proposal sent to the client.
3. Payment and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly, due on the agreed date.
- There is no setup fee or mandatory loyalty period, unless a special condition is agreed.
- Cancellation may be requested at any time and takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle; there is no prorated refund of an ongoing monthly fee.
- In case of default exceeding 15 days, services may be suspended after prior notice.
4. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content, texts, images, trademarks and data provided, guaranteeing it holds the necessary rights and complies with the LGPD regarding its own clients' data. It is forbidden to use the services for unlawful activities, spam, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
Content submitted by the client remains the client's property. The final delivered layout is licensed to the client while the plan remains active; source code, components, libraries and the VB3 brand remain owned by VB3. Final transfer of the website may be negotiated separately.
6. Availability and limits
We work to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as we depend on third parties (providers, domain registries, networks). We are not responsible for search engine rankings, specific business results, or indirect damages and lost profits, within the limits of applicable law.
7. Consumer rights and jurisdiction
Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014) and the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) apply. Contracts entered into outside a business establishment may be withdrawn within 7 days (art. 49 of the CDC). The courts of Toledo/PR, Brazil, are elected to settle disputes, unless otherwise required by law.
