1. Who we are

VB3 Desenvolvimento de Sites ("VB3", "we") is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this site. We act as the controller of the data you provide us directly and, when we develop and maintain client websites, we may act as the processor of the data they handle.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data or data from children and teenagers.

• Contact data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company and the content of the message sent through our forms.
• Browsing data: pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Contract performance data: information needed to create, host and maintain your website.

3. Purposes and legal bases (art. 7 of the LGPD)

• Responding to requests and sending quotes - legal basis: preliminary steps related to a contract (art. 7, V).
• Performing and maintaining contracted services - legal basis: contract performance (art. 7, V).
• Complying with tax and legal obligations - legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).
• Improving the site and measuring audience - legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies (art. 7, I) or legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
• Marketing communications - legal basis: consent, revocable at any time.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with processors that support us: hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, analytics tools, email and communication services (including WhatsApp) and accounting. All are contractually required to protect the data. Any international transfers occur only to countries or providers with adequate protection safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes above: contact data for up to 2 years after the last contact; contractual and tax data for the legal periods (generally 5 years); browsing data according to the periods described in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights (art. 18)

You may request, at any time: confirmation of the existence of processing; access to your data; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data; portability; deletion of data processed with consent; information about sharing; withdrawal of consent; and review of automated decisions.

7. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures, such as HTTPS/SSL, access control, backups and periodic updates. In the event of a significant security incident, we will notify data subjects and ANPD as required by art. 48 of the LGPD.
